If you are interested in taking courses on a short-term basis (less than one academic year), then you may apply for admission as a visiting student (applicable only to non-local students engaged in full-time study). Visiting students will be admitted only if the relevant School/Department is satisfied with their academic ability and if there are places available in the lecture groups for the course(s) concerned.
