Our Target

Nowadays managers need to think both qualitatively and quantitatively in the increasingly complex and competitive business environment. This program provides both types of training. On quantitative side, this program gives professional training in business statistics, business intelligence and information technology techniques for making more scientific, rational and systematic business decisions.On qualitative side, this program equips students with good business knowledge and communication skills like all BBA programs in the College of Business. To increase students' competitiveness in the workplace, this program uses real cases and projects and provides training and sponsorship for professional examinations.

To be eligible for admission, you must satisfy the General Entrance Requirements and the following specific entrance requirements:

Professional Accreditation

After graduation, you can seek accreditation from the Hong Kong Statistical Society (HKSS), Royal Statistical Society (RSS) or Statistical Society of Australia Incorporated (SSAI) as a graduate statistician. When you have sufficient statistical consulting experience, you can apply for the full professional qualification of Certified Statistician (HKSS), Chartered Statistician (RSS) or Accredited Statistician (SSAI).
