Our Target

Students who successfully complete this programme:

  • Will be proficient, effective and versatile communicators capable of performing a wide range of Chinese language-related tasks in a competitive and multilingual workplace;
  • Will be more culturally aware, and better able to appreciate the aesthetic, moral and ethical dimensions of Chinese literature;
  • Will be able to think analytically, critically and creatively through their exposure to various schools of thought in Chinese literature, and through their comparative study of traditional and modern Chinese linguistics;

Upon graduation, you will find work in Chinese-related fields such as media communications, publishing, advertising and education.
