This programme produces graduates with a broad knowledge base in criminology and professional competence in criminal justice and security management, including theories of crime; causes of criminal behaviour; crime prevention strategies; services to offenders and ex-offenders; and relevant professional skills.
Upon graduation, you will have knowledge and skills required to work in government and non-governmental organizations, schools and law enforcement agencies, including the Police and the Correctional Services Department, as well as in the fields of offender rehabilitation, security management, counselling, conflict resolution and mediation.
