Our Target

Our programme is designed for students who want to serve as in-house specialists or outside consultants in human resource management (HRM).

Based on a firm theoretical foundation in HRM and an appreciation of other business disciplines, the programme provides students with the necessary skills, knowledge and social awareness to manage people in Hong Kong, mainland China and other parts of the world.

Start Your Career Here

HRM is critical to organisational effectiveness because it addresses how to motivate people and build teams in addition to the traditional personnel functions. The importance of HRM is receiving increasing recognition from large and small businesses, as reflected in the competitive salary levels of HRM posts, whether at the entry level or in more senior positions.

With the internationalisation of many business organisations, HRM positions at the regional level have expanded rapidly and should provide excellent career opportunities for our graduates.
