Students can choose from two streams: one which focuses on language and literature and the other which deals with professional communication. The programme structure consists of a programme core (required by both streams), a core for each stream and electives.
Within the programme core, students are introduced to a range of topics and academic areas including cultural studies, creative writing, digital communication, literary studies, discourse, and applied linguistics. The stream core subjects provide a more specific engagement with relevant skills and topics while the elective courses allow students to strengthen and develop their areas of interest.
